With more than 20 years of advertising, marketing and sales experience, I specialize in helping companies use marketing to build their brand, generate more qualified leads and drive increased sales. I’ve earned a reputation for getting results for my clients.

Experience that counts
Previous to starting my business in 1990, I held sales and marketing management positions with manufacturing, media and marketing service companies.
In addition to consulting, I teach university and graduate-level courses in sales, marketing, direct marketing and telemarketing. I also conduct seminars and workshops on the same subjects for leading corporations, institutions and associations around the world.
My articles regularly appear in major sales, marketing and business websites and publications, and numerous association newsletters.
I’m a member of the ANA Business Marketing Association (ANA) and the National Speakers Association (NSA). I hold the Certified Business Communicator (CBC) designation awarded by the ANA, and the Certified Management Consultant certification from the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).

I manage all client projects myself. When needed, I draw on my associates’ expertise in telemarketing, literature fulfillment, direct mail, database development, sales lead management, copywriting and design who share my level of client commitment.
Clients report that I really do my homework too. I invest the time needed to get to know your company and its products or services–and learn about the industries, companies and people who buy them. So, I’m off to a running start when you put me to work.
After assessing your needs, I will prepare a detailed action plan, spelling out services to be provided, a timeline and an accurate estimate of your investment in my services. During implementation, I’ll maintain close contact and keep you apprised of the project’s progress. Even when the project is complete, I’m just a phone call or email away should you need follow-up service or have questions.
